Take a Moment to Believe!

Jeremiah 32:27  Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?
Upon reading this verse, we are very likely to have the automatic response, “Of course nothing is too hard for God!”.

This response may even seem to be an obligation because “After all. I am a Christian and I’m supposed to believe this!”.

As you examine your current situations, including those that really need a move of God in them, do you still have that automatic response, or is doubt taking a little bit of a hold in some of those situations?

Many times, I believe we try to hold on to the response, “Of course nothing is too hard for God!”, while at the same time not being sure things will work out as we hope!

If I could encourage you, I’d first say to take heart because this seemingly back-and-forth struggle between what we know and how we feel is completely normal!

Then I’d say to just acknowledge that the back-and-forth struggle is happening.
Tell yourself it’s normal and take just a moment, not to feel, but to choose to believe that nothing is too hard for God…just choose to completely believe it for that moment!

You might be surprised to find that the more you choose to believe that nothing is too hard for God, even just for a moment, that the moments will become more and more frequent and they will last longer and longer until that doubt we spoke of earlier loses its grip and becomes less and less prevalent!

Try it today…right now…and see if you don’t feel better!

God bless you,
